My Book – Modern Yoga: Everything you Want to Know About the Pelvic Floor

I wrote a book! Well, a short e-book that is. But a book nonetheless. When I published my article Modern Yoga: Everything You Want to Know About the Pelvic Floor for Shut Up and Yoga back in April we realized that there was so much more we wanted to cover and felt that the topic was deserving of its own book. So we expanded on the original text, added new sections, more exercises, and even consulted an expert (a pelvic health physiotherapist) for a Q&A.

I am very proud of the work we have accomplished and the final product we released. This book is a great handbook for yoga teachers, yoga students, or any human being with a pelvis interested in learning more about their pelvic health!
